Since 2008, we have worked within Strathcona County to make a difference for the LGBTQ or Sexual Minority and Gender Variant Community. We offer various programs and tons of fun activities. There are plenty more coming soon too!
Now is the time to get involved. We already have a great team, but would love to have some more dedicated volunteers, board members and ambitious individuals to make altView even better.

In my roaming through the internet in search of signs of hope I found this Youtube video from Alberta Education. It has not gone viral yet... but it should. I am impressed with the work Alberta Education Minister Lukaszuk has initiated. I hope that the rest of Alberta Education stands up and takes notice, we need teachers and school administrators to help make this a reality, imagine a GSA in every school.
