altView Prepping for First Queer Winter Formal

As part of altView Presents' programming, the Queer Winter Formal is an opportunity for all people to come out and have a gay ol' time.  It doesn't matter who you want to dance with, or even if you really want to dance.  Come and join us for an inclusive and accepting evening of fun.
 
altView is excited to be working with community partners like the Rainbow Alliance from Fort Saskatchewan to put on this event.  If your organization would like to be involved, please contact us via our contact page or by phone.  In addrition to this, we are seeking sponsorship for this event.  If you or your business might be able to help, please contact Lynne.

Where: The Agora in the Sherwood Park Community Centre (same building and entrance as the new Library)

Theme: Fire and Ice
When: Saturday, January 28th, 2011.  7PM to Midnight
 
Dress: Formal or Funky (have fun!)
 
Who: Everyone! Bring a positive, accepting attitude!
 
Cost: Tickets are $5  (if you cannot afford the ticket, or have youth in your organization who cannot afford tickets, please contact us.)
 
Ticket Availability: We are working to have tickets available for purchase from locations at the University of Alberta, Grant MacEwan University, Definitive Technical Services in Sherwood Park, and online.
